An Update On Appointments - 16/10/2020

Oh boy, it’s fair to say 2020 has thrown us some curveballs, hasn’t it? So here we are, as London is moved into Tier 2 , we have had to make some adjustments to our appointment policy, especially regarding the guest policy. Please make sure you read the below before booking or attending your appointment.

According to government guidelines, Tier 2 means that, although businesses and venues are allowed to be open as usual, guests are not allowed to socialise in an indoor setting with people other than their own household or support bubble.

Therefore, when you visit us, we will ask you that the guest you bring either lives with you or is part of your support bubble. We haven’t made any changes to the number of guests you can bring - this is and remains just one, and we will unable to make any exceptions to this policy. Please don’t ask us to make any exceptions, as this simply will not be possible.

We will ask you to fill in a form confirming the above prior to the appointment.

A NOTE ON TIER 3 - VERY HIGH RISK

If you are due to visit from one of the Very High level areas, we suggest rescheduling your appointment for a later date once the lockdown level has been reduced.
