Your Perfect Day Starts Here!

At Heart Aflutter Bridal, we're dedicated to making your bridal dreams a reality. To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, we've put in place a few guidelines regarding our bridal consultations.

Consultation Fees: All weekday bridal appointments incur a £20 consultation fee. Saturday appointments incur a £35 consultation fee. All consultation fees are payable when you book your appointment via our automated scheduler below. We are happy to deduct your consultation fee from your bridal order if you order and pay on the day.

Why It Matters: Our bridal consultations are tailored to you, with our expert consultants ready to assist every step of the way. To honour their time and expertise, starting from March 1st, 2024, all bridal consultation fees are non-refundable.

Respecting Your Time: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexibility for rescheduling. While cancellations are non-refundable, you can reschedule your consultation free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice before your appointment.

GUEST POLICY: We can accommodate a max of 2 guests with the bride. Exceptions on numbers of guests are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
